If you want to continue calculating with the numeric values, it may be useful to convert the strings into numbers. You can use the Excel [[https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/wert-funktion-257d0108-07dc-437d-ae1c-bc2d3953d8c2|VALUE]] function for this.
