Toolbar


The most frequently used functions are available in the toolbar.


Note With programme version 2.8.0, the toolbar has been redesigned:
1) The tools for the function windows Project overview, Feature overview and Characteristic properties are now only available in the View menu (menu bar).
2) The Rotate View tool is now in the View menu.
3) The sheet tools Edit Layer, Hide Stamped Drawing Elements and Filter characteristics have been placed behind the stamp tools. The Filter tool was previously located in the “Characteristics Overview” window.
4) The view tools can now be folded in and out.

The “Project tools” group

Icon Function Shortcut Brief description Reference
Create new project CTRL + N Creates a new project. Functions > Projects > Create new project
Open project CTRL + O Browse the computer or network for a project file to open. Functions > Projects > Open project
Save project CTRL + S Saves the opened project. Functions > Projects > Save project


The “Stamp tools” group

Icon Function Shortcut Brief description Reference
Selection tool CTRL + 1 Select characteristics. Keep CTRL held down to select multiple characteristics.
Stamp tool CTRL + 2 Stamps a drawing element and generates a characteristic from it. Pan the frame to stamp several characteristics at the same time. Keep CTRL held down to stamp multiple drawing elements as one characteristic. Functions > Characteristics > Automatically stamp
Stamp with preset Specify the class that should receive created characteristics

Note Available only in the Pro version and as of program version 3.3.0
Functions > Characteristics > Stamp with preset
Tag tool CTRL + 3 Tags an existing characteristic. Tagged characteristics are highlighted on the drawing sheet in color. Functions > Characteristics > Tags
Define field devision CTRL + 4 Defines the outer borders (“drawing frame”), rows and columns of the →field devision. A blue check mark indicates that the fields are defined for the currently opened sheet (available from program version 2.0.8). Functions > Drawings > Define field devision
Annotation tool Activate the annotation mode to create and edit annotations. A blue check mark indicates that annotations are defined for the current sheet. Annotations can be hidden.

Note Available only in the Pro version and from program version 3.5.0.

The “Sheet tools” group

Layer ein-/ausblenden Change the display of layers of the drawing sheet.

The “Viewing tools” group

Icon Function Shortcut Brief description Reference
Move view CTRL + 5 Moves a drawing sheet in the plane. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom in CTRL + 6 Zooms onto the position of the mouse pointer. Keep CTRL held down to switch to the Zoom out tool. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom out CTRL + 7 Zooms out from the position of the mouse pointer.
Keep CTRL held down to switch to the Zoom in tool.
Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom dynamically CTRL + 8 Adjusts the drawing section dynamically.
Move up or down with the mouse button held down.
Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom tool area CTRL + 9 Adjusts the drawing section to the selected area. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom in on the center point Num + Zooms in on the center point of the drawing sheet. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Zoom out of the center point Num - Zooms out of the center point of the drawing sheet. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Display whole drawing sheet Changes the display to show the whole drawing sheet. Functions > Viewing tools > Viewing tools
Fold in/out view tools Reduces the group “View Tools” to the tool Display whole drawing sheet.
