User manual tips
We will briefly demonstrate how to efficiently use the user manual in this chapter.
DokuWiki
The Wiki is created and deployed using the free DokuWiki 
wiki software. DokuWiki presents and provides content, such as text and image material, on websites. The pages can be retrieved and edited anywhere using all conventional web browsers depending on the access rights in place.
Wikis facilitate knowledge management that is independent of databases. They are already in use with many companies for this particular purpose. As can be seen with the successful project that is Wikipedia, the set-up and functionality of Wikis is perfect for storing a great deal of information in a clear manner.
DokuWiki ist eine freie Wiki-Software. Sie stellt Inhalte, wie Text- und Bildmaterial, auf Webseiten dar und zur Verfügung. Die Seiten können abhängig von den gesetzten Zugriffsrechten mit allen gängigen Webbrowsern von überall aus abgerufen und bearbeitet werden.
Wikis ermöglichen ein Datenbank-unabhängiges Wissensmanagement. Für diesen Zweck werden sie von vielen Unternehmen bereits eingesetzt. Wie das Erfolgsprojekt Wikipedia beweist, eignen sich Aufbau und Funktionsumfang von Wikis hervorragend, viel Wissen übersichtlich zu speichern.
Navigation bar
The navigation bar is always to the left of the sheet. Links allow you to navigate across the top two structuring levels of the Wiki.
Link to the homepage This will take you to the top level of the Wiki, the homepage.
Directory tree The directory tree corresponds to the table of contents on the homepage. You can switch to the product information pages and manuals arranged according to the product groups.
Links to the homepage, webshop and legal info The buttons direct you to our company's homepage

Switch language You can switch between the German 
and English 
versions of the Wiki using these buttons.
Die Navigationsleiste befindet sich stets links vom Blatt, auf welchem die Inhalte darstellt werden. Verlinkungen ermöglichen es Ihnen hier, auf den beiden obersten Strukturierungsebenen des Wikis zu navigieren.
Link zur Startseite Hierüber gelangen Sie auf die oberste Ebene des Wikis, die Startseite.
Verzeichnisbaum Der Verzeichnisbaum entspricht dem Inhaltsverzeichnis auf der Startseite. Geordnet nach den Produktgruppen können Sie über die Verlinkungen zu den Produktinformationsseiten und Handbüchern wechseln.
Links zu Homepage, Webshop und Impressum Über die Schaltflächen gelangen Sie auf unsere Unternehmenshomepage , unseren Webshop und das Impressum .
Sprache umschalten Mit diesen Schaltflächen wechseln Sie zwischen der deutschsprachigen und englischsprachigen Variante des Wikis.
The sheet
The content is displayed on the sheet. A sheet corresponds to a chapter and is further divided into several sections.
Classification The specified path indicates the position of the chapter in the superordinate content structure.
Chapter title Name of the chapter.
Table of contents Specifies the section titles. Click on the link to go directly to the section.
Section title Name of the section.
Go to previous/next page Go back to the previous or head to the next chapter in the Wiki structure.
Auf dem Blatt werden die Inhalte dargestellt. Ein Blatt entspricht einem Kapitel und ist weiter in Abschnitte untergliedert.
Einordnung Der angegebene Pfad zeigt die Stellung des Kapitels in der übergeordneten Inhaltsstruktur.
Kapitelüberschrift Bezeichnung des Kapitels.
Inhaltsverzeichnis Gibt die Abschnittsüberschriften wieder. Durch Klick auf den Link gelangen Sie direkt zu dem Abschnitt.
Abschnittsüberschrift Bezeichnung des Abschnitts.
Zurück-/Weiterblättern Zurückblättern zum letzten oder Weiterblättern zum nächsten Kapitel, so wie es die übergeordnete Inhaltsstruktur vorgibt.
More functions
The following additional functions of the Wiki are used as navigational aids.
Search You can search through all of the Wiki content using keywords. Make your entry and then click on the Search button.
To the top Click on the To the top button 
to go back to the beginning of a sheet.

Suchen Mit Stichworten können Sie die alle Wiki-Inhalte durchsuchen. Geben Sie den Begriff ein und klicken Sie anschließend auf die Schaltfläche Suchen.
Nach oben Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Nach oben , um zurück an den Anfang eines Blattes zu gelangen.

Workflows are described as step sequences in tabular form.

If infra CONVERT is integrated into a CAQ system
infra CONVERT can be used as a stand-alone test plan software, but also integrated as a module in a →CAQ system. A CAQ software links infra CONVERT as a step in the workflow for test report creation or process control.
The behavior of infra CONVERT is influenced by the CAQ system depending on the CAQ system used and administrator in the company. If infra CONVERT is invoked, it isn't only the drawing that is automatically transferred, but also a series of invocation parameters. These ensure, for example, that a project and a test plan version are created automatically. Program settings are defined and, if necessary, blocked against all changes in the same way. After successful test plan creation, the test plan data and, if necessary, the stamped drawing are automatically transferred to the CAQ system when the module is closed.
Important The user manual describes an uninfluenced software. Work steps taken by the CAQ system can be easily skipped in the instructions. Nevertheless, please pay attention to the requirements specified by your CAQ system provider. Please contact your administrator or system provider if settings interfere with your workflow.
infra CONVERT kann als eigenständige Prüfplan-Software genutzt werden, aber auch als Modul in ein →CAQ-System integriert sein. Eine CAQ-Software bindet infra CONVERT als Schritt in den Arbeitsablauf zur Prüfberichtserstellung oder Prozesslenkung ein.
Abhängig von CAQ-System und Administrator im Unternehmen wird das Verhalten von infra CONVERT vom CAQ-System beeinflusst. Wird infra CONVERT aufgerufen, wird nicht nur die Zeichnung automatisch übergeben, sondern auch eine Reihe von Aufrufparametern. Diese sorgen z. B. dafür, dass automatisch ein Projekt und eine Prüfplanversion angelegt werden. Auf gleiche Weise werden Programmeinstellungen festgelegt und ggf. gegen Veränderung gesperrt. Nach erfolgreicher Prüfplanerstellung werden die Prüfplandaten und ggf. die gestempelte Zeichnung beim Schließen des Moduls automatisch an das CAQ-System übergeben.
Wichtig Das Benutzerhandbuch beschreibt eine unbeeinflusste Software. Vom CAQ-System vorgenommene Arbeitsschritte können Sie in den Anleitungen einfach überspringen. Achten Sie bitte jedoch auf die Vorgaben Ihres CAQ-Systemanbieters. Sollten Einstellungen Ihren Arbeitsfluss stören, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Administrator oder Systemanbieter.
