====== Create and integrate your own templates ======
All files you need to embed your own templates into the Excel Add-In can be found at:
  %ProgramData%\ELIAS GmbH\ELIASExcelReport

===== Structure of the Excel templates =====

The templates delivered with the Excel Add-In can be adjusted to your need. We recommend to make a copy of the existing templates and save them under a new name. How to embed them into the Add-In is described below.

We deliver these templates:

Those files are Excel templates which don't use macros.

<WRAP important 750px>**Please note:** To open a template in Excel, use the "File / Open" dialog of Excel. If you open a template by double clicking it in the file explorer Excel won't save it as a template!</WRAP>

These are the sheets used by our templates:

All of our templates contain a data sheet. This sheet should be the only one you have to type into.\\ 
If you create your own template you should copy one of our data sheets. This makes your work a lot easier.

===== Specific features of our templates =====
Our templates use conditional links in this form:
   =IF('Data Sheet'!C1="";"";'Data Sheet'!C1)
This results into the following effect: The cell will only be filled, if the referenced cell has a content. This "trick" eliminates the zeros ("0") in the report sheets.

The data sheets is able to evaluate your measurement data. You don't have to use an infra-CONVERT license to fill out the document. You only have to use an Excel, once the document has been created by the Add-In.

<WRAP alert 750px>Due to the complexity of the data sheet we strongly recommend not to change it! If you add columns to the data sheet you have to adjust the cells which evaluate the measurement data!</WRAP>

===== Integrate your template into Excel =====
You need an Excel template file, if you wish to integrate it into our Report Add-In. This file has to be added into the [[de:infra-convert:add-in:reportlist|ReportList.xml]] file.

This file contains all templates, which can be selected inside the Add-In. The order of the entries decides the list order inside the Report Add-In.

Each entry starts with <Reports> and end with </Reports>. Copy such a block and insert it above the </XMLSchemaReportList> entry to integrate your own template. The fields of the new entry have to be adjusted (see below). <wrap important>Important fields</wrap> are marked. This file is a XML database, so every field starts with a "< >" and ends with a "</ >".

| Reports   | Every template starts with this entry. The following fields define the functions of the Add-In (see bellow). At the end of the definition block this entry must be closed.  | 
| ID   | The <wrap important>identification number</wrap> of the entry. The identification numbers have to be in sequence. The first entry has to be "0000". If the sequence is broken ("0002" before "0001") the Add-In won't work!   | 
| Name   | The <wrap important>name</wrap> under which this template is listed in the Add-In.   |
| Path | The <wrap important>complete file path</wrap> of the template. The path [CommonApplicationData] is equal to the windows variable %ProgramData%. |
| TableName | Der Name der Tabelle bzw. des Arbeitsblatts, auf dem die Daten vom Add-In abgelegt werden. |
| FirstRow | Die Nummer der ersten Zeile, welche mit den Daten gefüllt wird. |
| ColID | Die Spalte, in welche die Interne Identifikationsnummer von infra-CONVERT für das Merkmal übernommen werden soll. \\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColAttributType | Die Spalte, in welche die Art des Attributes für das Merkmal übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColClass | Die Spalte, in welche die Klasse des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColLabel | Die Spalte, in welche die Bezeichnung des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColText | Die Spalte, in welche der Text des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColValue | Die Spalte, in welche der Nennwert des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColToleranceHigh | Die Spalte, in welche die obere Toleranz des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColToleranceLow | Die Spalte, in welche die untere Toleranz des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColPassung | Die Spalte, in welche die Passung des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColStampText | Die Spalte, in welche der Stempeltext des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColGraphicFile | Die Spalte, in welche der Dateiname des Grafikfiles des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColComment | Die Spalte, in welche die Bemerkung des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColToleranceTable | Die Spalte, in welche die Allgemeintoleranz des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColDrawingQuadrant | Die Spalte, in welche der Zeichnungsquadrant des Merkmals übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColPositionX | Die Spalte, in welche die X-Koordinate des Stempels übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
| ColPositionY | Die Spalte, in welche die Y-Koordinate des Stempels übernommen werden soll.\\ Der Eintrag "-1" bedeutet: Nicht übernehmen. |
