System requirements

The computer system on which the infra CONVERT is installed should meet the following software and hardware requirements.

Operating system

Windows:

at least Windows 10 (64 Bit) or Windows Server 2012 R2 (64 Bit)

Runtime environments

Are automatically installed when using Setup.exe, included in the regular installation package.

.NET Framework:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8

C++ Redistributable:

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 (14.25.x for x64)

Processor

Clock rate:

at least 1.6 GHZ

RAM

Size:

at least 8 GB

Free storage space

For the software:

at least 500 MB

Graphic

Especially to be checked when installing on servers or using virtual machines.

Memory:

at least 512 MB

Acceleration:

Hardware support recommended

at least Microsoft DirectX with Direct3D enabled

Display

Screen resolution:

3.840 × 2.160 (4K) recommended

1.920 × 1.080 (Full HD) at least

Web connection

Internet access:

recommended for web-based help, but not required
