Administrator’s Guide infra CONVERT > Introduction
The behavior and appearance of infra CONVERT can be influenced using request parameters. In addition, request parameters can be used to implement automatic mechanisms which simplify the workflow when work processes are consistently similar. This administration is necessary for two reasons. Firstly if infra CONVERT is integrated into a CAQ/MES system and secondly if the user is to be given standard settings and workflows.
The request parameters are stored in parameter files, which are formatted in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON, click <g id=“1”>here</g> for a description). The following chart uses an example to illustrate this principle. With the program is run, a parameter is passed to infra CONVERT, which specifies that the (start) parameter file “StartParameterFile.json” should be read. The settings stored in this file do the following:
